Worldometers

It’s become a habit to look at worldometers ( https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ ) every day… not a good idea, my friend showed it to me… now its like catnip i can’t NOT look at it! Just looked, not good, today too many people dying in Italy. It’s scary and upsetting, these numbers are someone’s granny, someone’s mom or dad, people not just numbers. I wake up and look at the online newspapers to see the difference, they say the worse bit will be in 4 days, then it will go downhill. I’m glad that people are taking this seriously, Italians are usually a bit disobedient of the rules, in Italy they say ‘made the rule, made the loophole’ but they are sticking to this.

I’ve noticed that people think about each other, my friends send messages asking how we are, good friends call to chat. It’s been great that loads of our guests have sent messages asking how we are, how things are going, its lovely that people are thinking about us, i appreciate it.

I have decided to paint the boiler room for something to do. Maybe we should use this time to learn something new.. maybe i will write a new database for my computer… Read more Russian classics, start studying Czech for fun or start painting, use the time to do something new… Probably do nothing though.
